Couples Sound Healing

A couples sound healing session creates a peaceful space where you can let go of the outside world and simply be present with one another.

Surrounded by the resonant vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state, allowing the body and mind to soften while creating space for connection, intimacy and renewed energy.

Whether you’re celebrating your relationship, moving through a transition, acknowledging a special occasion - Valentine’s Day, a birthday, or an anniversary, or maybe you just simply want to spend meaningful time together, this is a unique and nurturing experience to share.


Sessions are 90 minutes and can be held:

1. On the circular bed in my therapy room in São Martinho do Porto, 90.€, or

2. In the comfort of your own home, 150€ plus travelling tube and petrol
