Group Gong Bath

A group sound bath (90 minutes) is a deeply immersive shared intentional sound journey (often on a Full Moon or a New Moon) where therapeutic vibration and tone are used to relax the body, settle the mind, and rebalance the energy system.

In a group setting, the layered instruments and collective atmosphere create a powerful field of resonance that supports deep rest, release, and inner stillness.

You will lie comfortably on mats, massage beds or reclining chairs while waves of sound are woven throughout the space using six planetary gongs, seven chakra crystal bowls, two chimes, Koshi chimes, and a grounding drum.

The planetary gongs generate expansive, full-body vibrations, the chakra crystal bowls offer clear harmonic tones aligned with the energy centres, the chimes and Koshi chimes bring lightness and clarity, and the drum provides a steady, anchoring rhythm.

As the sound unfolds, vibrations travel through the body and subtle energy field, helping to dissolve tension, quiet mental activity, and shift stagnant energy. Many people experience deep relaxation, dreamlike imagery, emotional release, or meditative awareness. Each person’s experience is unique, yet all are held within the same supportive soundscape.
