Reiki Training

Reiki is an oriental method of working with energy that you can use for your own benefit and that of other people. In its original Japanese form in the 1900s, Reiki was about working on yourself: it was a system that you could use for self-healing, self and spiritual development. Since Reiki was first taught in the West in the 1970s, the teaching has focused more on Reiki as a treatment, and is now offered as a hands-on treatment method that involves channeling energy.

Reiki 1 - How to heal yourself & family & friends (one-day training)

Reiki First Degree ( Shoden) will focus on practical energy work, self healing and healing others, guided safely and gently by me. You will learn how to tap into universal energy and channel it through your body. You will receive attunements ( empowerments) to connect you to the Reiki energy. You will understand the chakra system and our energetic bodies and study The Reiki Precepts. By the end of the day, you will know how to give yourself a Reiki healing and also how to give one to family and friends. On completion, you will receive a Reiki 1 certificate.

Reiki 2 - How to heal others & send distant healing (one-day training)

Reiki Second Degree (Okunden), brings a deeper understanding of the power of Reiki healing energy. It is an opportunity to delve deeper on your spiritual journey, unfolding new opportunites, capabilities and ultimately, sheer greater joy.

This qualification allows you to be a Reiki practitioner and so your study of Reiki intensifies and your role as a healing channel is amplified.

You will learn and experience the strength of 3 Reiki symbols and how and when to use them. You will learn also how to deliver distant healing Reiki energy that transcends our linear time and space reality. This enables you to send healing energy to people, places and things that may not be in near vicinity or current timeframe. Your intuition will be further developed and you will increase your confidence working in with it in a Reiki healing session. You will receive 3 Reiki attunements which will open up your energetic bodies and connect you to the 3 Reiki symbols for ever more.

On completion, you will receive a Reiki 2 certificate.

On each day you will receive a Reiki manual, 14 x MP3s explaining the Reiki content & 2 x guided self meditations.
